Kathy has one child with ex-boyfriend Tanya: Alayna aged 19.

Kathy’s best friend is an intern at a law firm called Joey Brown. They are inseparable. She also hangs around with Iman Edwards and Sheila O’Gallagher. They enjoy upcycling together.
